Posted on: 31/01/2020Trampolining club was a success this week with more new comers every week. Great to see all years interacting and supporting each other and the year 7's trying out a new sport. The students all help to set up and pack away and its a great atmosphere to learn and have fun.
New club that have started up this week include KS3 Handball on Mondays.
The GCSE students had a successful swim practice this term for their mock moderation so congratulations to those students who received good marks.
Next week we have some upcoming fixtures with year 7 and 9 netball matches away against Whitefields School on Monday, U15 Boys Handball game that we are hosting and an U14's Barnet cup girls Football match at Southgate House club on Tuesday and a year 7 Netball Tournament on Wednesday at Copthall.
Both year 7 and 8 girls netball teams have completed their netball matches now and are waiting to hear the point scores for the play offs! Both year 9 and 10 need to play 1 more game and the seniors have 3 more to play.
Well done to the year 10 and 11 boys basketball team who won their match 29-20 against TTA. Spectators said their performance was amazing during the 3rd and 4t quarter.
The year 7 and 8 football team played a great match against Highlands in the Middlesex cup on Thursday so a big well done to the girls taking part in that.
