KS3 students have been discovering the wonderful world of specialised cells with students challenged to create 'Dating profiles' and draw 'Cell-fies' of some of the most common ones.  They then carried out a complex experiment to extract the DNA from different foods such as strawberries and peas.  The translucent slimy-looking liquid in the photo is all the DNA from the strawberry cells' nuclei.
