Posted on: 15/12/2020Year 8 students measured the amount of energy in a food sample by heating to release the energy as heat. The burning food will release heat energy which can heat a sample of water. By comparing the temperature differences, students compared the different amounts of energy in the food samples. Students then went onto evaluate their scientific method on how accuracy could be increased.
