PE Fixtures
Posted on: 22/11/2021Both Year 7 netball teams played away at St Michaels school on Monday. The A team (photo 1) unfortunately lost 4-2, with our player of the match being Siah. Meanwhile the B team (photo 2) drew 1-1, with Karol as their player of the match. Both teams represented the school perfectly and showed great sportsmanship qualities.
The Year 9 boys football team played at home against Wren Academy with the score ending 4-1, with Dean as the goal scorer. The team played their best performance of the season, and Matija both played and organised the team really well. Stephen was also great as he volunteered to go in goal the whole game, since the team was down a goal keeper.
The Year 8 and the Year 9 (photo 3) girls netball teams also played St Michaels school, but at home on Tuesday, with the Year 8 score being 15- 5 and the year 9 match ending at 14-10. The women of the match were Aneeka from Year 8 and Valentina from Year 9. Fiona was the umpire’s woman of the match for her sheer passion and support for everyone. Fiona showed pure sportsmanship throughout and was a role model for all students.
