Science - Christmas Experiment

Y7 students participated in a fun Christmas science experiment to help them understand forces with a flying sleigh! Students recognised that the balloon (and the sleigh) move because forces always act in equal but opposite pairs. Students found out that in this case, when air moves out of the balloon in one direction, the balloon and sleigh are forced in the opposite direction. Happy Holidays from the Science department!
