Headteacher’s Consultation Group

Students in both Key Stage 3 and 4 will have the opportunity to join the Headteacher’s consultation groups. They meet with their relevant Key Stage Leader to identify issues and come up with solutions-these will then be shared with the Headteacher at half termly meetings as part of a reciprocal process of school improvement. Feed back to students is an essential part of the work of these groups and this is done formally via assemblies and Personal Development Time.
