Leadership and Management
School leadership is relentlessly focussed on ensuring high quality teaching and learning and outstanding outcomes for all students and staff at the school. All leaders, including Governors are very ambitious for the success of students. Clear policies and procedures mean the school is efficiently run on a daily basis. These include strong data systems which are widely understood and used to very good effect to identify areas of strength and those that need further improvement. This leads to effective outcomes for individuals, groups of students and departments. Leaders have created an inclusive culture and the structure of the leadership team into 4 teams allows for development of specialisms; with each team becoming very skilled and knowledgeable in their areas of responsibility.
