Posted on: 14/06/2023Congratulations to Arthur 9S who became the Junior Boys 1500m Middlesex Champion on Saturday at Lee Valley Athletics Centre. He ran 4.24min. He ran a PB of 4.19 the previous week and beat his own Compton School record. Arthur has qualified for the English Schools Athletics Championships which are being held at the Alexander Stadium in Birmingham on June 30th - congratulations Arthur and good luck!
Congratulations to Seth Rennie 9S who came 2nd in the 300m in the Middlesex Championships on Saturday 10th June at Lee Valley Stadium. Seth ran an excellent time of 38.8sec for the 300m knocking 2 seconds off his previous school record. Seth is waiting to see if he gets selected for the English Schools - good luck Seth!
