MLT Mini Chef Competition
Posted on: 18/06/2019The final of the inaugural Mini Chef Competition was held on June 5th with eight budding chefs. After an intense culinary battle involving dishes from around the world including jerk chicken, chocolate fondant, fish curry with homemade chapattis and Colombian chicken a winner was finally decided upon. Top chef and ex-Compton student Anthony Sparks, who works at a Michelin-starred restaurant, oversaw the scoring aided by judges Ms Mulkerins, Ms Hand and Ms Judoo. In an incredibly close scoring competition the eventual winner with a delicious Banoffee cake was Harriet Kerens-Butt with 2nd Simran Bhartiya 3rd place going to Hollie Good.
