Apply via 'DfE Apply' for teacher training places starting in September 2025

The Compton SCITT Partnership will be recruiting for Initial Teacher Training (ITT) places for September 2025. Applicants can search for available places on the Department for Education website HERE from October 2024. All applications need to be completed through DfE Apply HERE.

The Compton SCITT was awarded an Ofsted Outstanding grade in June 2022 and has been successful in their re-accreditation bid with the DfE. This means that The Compton SCITT continues to offer teacher training under the new teacher training system from September 2024. 

We believe that our school-based route to qualified teacher status offers trainees an in-depth opportunity to work in a systematic, sustained way alongside expert colleagues. 

Above all, we are committed to delivering a high quality “hands on” training experience that will provide trainees with the foundations for a rewarding career in teaching.
